Position Summary:
Spencer Technologies is seeking hands-on, detail-oriented temporary warehouse labor to support a large-scale cleanup and inventory organization initiative. Responsibilities include sorting and categorizing inventory, updating system records, and preparing items for disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Categorization Physically review and sort palletized tech hardware into either scrap or sellable categories Move and separate items onto designated pallets based on categories Use ERP system to update item location Make on the spot decisions with no automated system or predefined logic Scrap Preparation & Disposal Pull and stage all approved scrap items based on a provided list Perform cycle counts to confirm quantities Wrap and palletize scrap items Determine and record pallet weight and dimensions Load scrap pallets into truck for disposal
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry, ERP system experience a plus Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
