Job Title:
Warehouse Production Associate & Driver (26′ and Under)
Job Description:
This hybrid role is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations including packing, loading, shipping, restocking, and quality control, while also providing reliable and safe transportation of event materials using company vehicles (primarily straight trucks up to 26′). The ideal candidate will be an experienced warehouse team player with a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive non-CDL commercial vehicles.
Organizational Status:
Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and the Director of Production and Planning. Primary ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor on daily priorities and event load schedules.
- Pack and prepare outbound equipment in line with show requirements and work order tickets.
- Maintain quality control on all outbound and inbound shipments.
- Assist with restocking and organization of returned show materials.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and quarterly inventory counts.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive warehouse environment.
- Load and unload event equipment from trailers, box trucks, and using best practices. Driving & Transportation
- Drive company box trucks (26′ and under) to deliver and retrieve event equipment to/from local and regional venues. Regional venues extend from all points in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and upstate New York.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
- Work with on-site staff to assist in unloading/loading at show sites when necessary.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and submit fuel receipts and paperwork promptly. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift 25 lbs throughout the day.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move consistently for up to 8-10 hours/day.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required).
- Experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles required.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and preferably have this prepared and completed before being hired.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
- OSHA certification a plus but not required pre-employment.
Training will be conducted post employment
