Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Warehouse Associate:

Nu Way Concrete Warehouse Laborer is responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Nu Way’s Warehouse Laborer should be able to work in a team environment and have a great work ethic. The ideal skills are the ability to coordinate, organize and plan. Being dependable with excellent time management and documentation skills is a huge asset. Ability to operate a forklift is preferred. A Warehouse Worker interacts and collaborates with other warehouse staff on a daily basis and reports to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor on duty.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Picking, packing and loading customer orders
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills and Abilities
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Laborer
• Great customer service
• Familiarity in inventory systems
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license and/or ability to obtain Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months Physical Demands/Working Conditions Work is generally performed in a warehouse in a variety of temperatures, noise and seasons.

Job requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching/crawling and occasional climbing. Must be able to lift 80lbs.
