Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with all safety practices and procedures. Remove any unsafe condition or notify the appropriate person of anything that cannot be safely handled by the Material Handler. Using a material supply list, select proper raw material from the storage area and deliver it to the production area. Read and follow instructions on work order and or work instructions… Maintain an adequate supply of raw material on presses. Deliver material to the press by power or hand truck. Remove finished products from the production area to the shipping area by hand or lift equipment. Clean excess material or debris from presses and mess made through daily routine. Maintain housekeeping around the production machinery or the manufacturing area. Clean and inspect material handling production for safety and operation. Un-jam grinders. Clean out grinders and dryers and check for contamination before setting up next product that will be running, requiring tools. Complete and maintain accurate records. Safe Forklift operation.

$17.00 – $19.50 per hour
