Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the cleanliness of the complex, which includes but is not limited to grass-cutting, sweeping, and trash pick-up for the grounds of all of the buildings. Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
Maintain all grass-cutting equipment.
Maintain all gardening areas, ensuring they are clean and cut at all times.
Assist with materials, including storage, receipt, and delivery.
Perform all other duties as needed and assigned by the Operations Manager. This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Operations Manager. Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Travel Requirements
0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
Ability to operate any and all lawn & garden equipment.
Ability to operate any and all basic hand tools & machinery.
Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks.
Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Outdoor elements such as precipitation, wind, cold, and heat.
Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
Pay Range
USD $16.00 – USD $21.00 /Hr.
