Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to perform safe and efficient lift operations of product storage, and the receiving and loading of finished goods and other items while maintaining clean, organized, and accurate inventories in our distribution center. The Material Handler’s primary focus is warehouse storage and distribution activities to include:

• Daily Forklift Operation including unloading and stowing, picking and packing, staging and loading
• Maintain Forklift Certification and perform regular Forklift maintenance and inspection
• Assist in performing cycle counts and other inventory activities
• Accurately Receiving product and/or supplies, inventory management and documentation using our ERP system (NetSuite)
• Cleaning, repacking and removal of damaged goods and other sanitation activities
• Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, maintaining a hazard free work area, using PPE as required and/or appropriate
• Keep our distribution center audit ready at all times!

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous forklift, material handling, warehouse operation experience is a plus.
• Completion and maintenance of Forklift Certification
• Strong oral and written communication in English. (Spanish verbal skills are a plus)
• Basic computer skills to learn and use ERP system, basic math skills.
• Effective time management skills, ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Able to successfully work within our organizational culture of valuing teammates, working with integrity and transparency, team collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
