Warehouse Worker National Opening Solutions 321 North Nassau Street, Youngsville, NC 27596 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced warehouse worker to help with order fulfillment within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Pull and package order in a timely and accurate manor Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed to facilitate the movement of goods. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless e-commerce operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with prior leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations. Ability to operate forklifts safely Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic Excel skills are a plus Must be able to operate nail guns, saws, drills and be able to read a tape measure.
