This particular role is responsible for … In the distribution department, you are responsible for ensuring that our valued customers’ orders are processed to meet each customer’s individual expectations. From receiving shipments, to stocking shelves, to pulling parts, to filling orders, to packaging and shipping. Our Warehouse Associates are instrumental in keeping our customers demand fulfilled and are the last line of defense in preventing potential CAPA’s (process or product nonconformance) from leaving the building. Computer skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working independently and within an efficient team are needed. This is an entry level career opportunity with growth potential within an Employee Owned company that prides itself on it’s culture and quality. Our shifts are Monday through Friday, beginning between 5:30AM and 6:30AM and ending between 2:30PM and 4:00PM. This opportunity’s pay is based on experience (2+ years preferred), and starts between $17.50 – $19.00 per hour.
