We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Monroe, NC. This hands-on role supports warehouse operations and distribution activities, ensuring the accurate handling, documentation, and dispatch of materials-both domestically and internationally. • Handle incoming and outgoing materials safely and efficiently
• Process and coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Verify shipment counts and dispatch materials for secondary operations
• Update and maintain data in our ERP system (SAP)
• Prepare documentation and assist in logistics coordination
• Support receiving, storage, and distribution processes Required Qualifications
• Computer savvy with ability to learn new systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of import/export processes and shipping regulations
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving
• Commitment to safety and understanding of safe work practices Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift certification or hands-on experience operating a forklift
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slip documentation Why Join Us?
