Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, with a focus on receiving, storing, and managing medical supply inventory. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming goods and accurately log inventory in the system per company procedures. Organize and store products in designated shelving units and temperature-controlled environments based on product type. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate outgoing shipments with couriers, following detailed shipping instructions. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed. Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies with the Warehouse Supervisor and Finance/Operations teams. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout to ensure safe and streamlined operations. Monitor and record warehouse temperature and humidity daily; report any irregularities immediately. Oversee refrigeration unit performance, including daily temperature logging and regular calibration. Track and restock packaging supplies, ensuring safety stock levels are maintained. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to medical inventory storage and warehouse operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or management team.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience; healthcare or medical supply experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive medical products. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting boxes and working in refrigerated areas. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, etc.) Familiarity with shipping logistics or courier coordination Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, data entry)
