Warehouse Associate About the Position A national distribution and logistics company seeking reliable Warehouse Associates and Delivery Helpers to join the team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and want to be part of a fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment. Responsibilities Unload incoming containers into the warehouse and efficiently palletize units. Perform inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock levels. Use a handcart to move products and consistently lift objects weighing 50 to 75 pounds Assist with on-site deliveries by escorting the team in company trucks. Work flexible hours; some days may require an additional 1-2 hours due to delivery schedules (paid for hours worked). Requirements Ability to consistently lift 50 to 75 pounds and work in a physically active role. Comfortable using a handcart and handling inventory. Willingness to assist with both warehouse operations and delivery duties. Be reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional late shifts due to deliveries. Highly Preferred Requirements Ability to speak Spanish.
