This on-site role provides the opportunity to work in a cleanroom environment and gain experience in regulated pharmaceutical logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and ensure accurate staging of production orders.
• Receive materials into proper locations and ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation activities.
• Promptly report product shortages, quality issues, or delivery concerns to warehouse leadership.
• Follow all corporate and site-level policies and procedures during daily operations.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and team goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of warehouse inventory or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and database tools is a plus.
• Experience working under cGMP regulations is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate gear.
