Full Time Warehouse/Stock Team Member Elements Lighting + Decor Carle Place, NY 11514 Job description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory control, receiving delivered goods daily, stockroom organization, and providing excellent customer service. This is a physically demanding role that requires ability to use stairs many times daily and some heavy lifting at times.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of products
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock checks
• Organize warehouse space and ensure efficient storage of products
• Pick merchandise for clients accurately and efficiently
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes
• Operate carts and pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills
