10:00am - 6:30pm or 12:00pm
- 8:30pm, Monday
- Friday
$16.
00 to start with an opportunity to earn more after hired on perm and meeting requirements.
Shipping Roles & Responsibilities:
Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise and products.
Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
Lifts heavy items (up to 40lbs). Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks, and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
Order Picking Roles & Responsibilities:
Physical picking of individual orders.
Maintain databases of all incoming and outgoing parts.
Physical cycle counts & investigation of discrepancies.
Working to help improve all current inventory & related operations.
Ability to prioritize daily routines.
Matching product to the customer order.
Rejecting unacceptable materials.
Communicating findings to supervisor.
Production Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions to produce quality products that exceed customer expectations
Assemble & test circuit boards
Fold instruction sheets
Inspect work to make sure it is free of defects
Properly prepare materials for the next work operation
Maintain a clean and orderly work center
May have some trash/recycling pick up duties at end of shift daily.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must be able to use a computer
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Ability to lift, push, pull at least 40 lbs.
Must have the ability to use simple tools.
Must be comfortable on your feet for long periods of time
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to learn and utilize custom software programs.
Able to work in a cold / hot environment
Experience with inventory 1-2 years preferred.
Sense of URGENCY (but not to rush to get the job done.) Precision is key!
