Responsibilities:
Assist with locating materials, equipment, andsupplies in both surface and underground warehouses. Maintainaccurate records of goods requested and received. Receive,inventory, and stock deliveries of materials, equipment, andsupplies for surface and underground warehouses. Communicate withpersonnel regarding the distribution of materials, equipment,machinery, and supplies. Analyze needs and product requirements.
Maintain computerized warehouse records. Obtain and ensureappropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials necessaryfor task completion. Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed bythe warehouse leader. Operate tractors and forklifts to transportsupplies. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. from the groundto shelves (up to 4 feet high). Select, check, maintain, andproperly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) . Perform initialsafety checks of the workplace and equipment and follow safetyprotocols throughout the shift. Prepare the worksite safely andefficiently before work begins. Immediately report any unsafeconditions or actions to supervision and rectify or isolate them ifpossible. Perform additional duties as assigned.
TechnicalCompetencies:
Proficiency with computers, particularly in MicrosoftOffice Suite; QuickBooks experience is preferred. Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Clear and effective communication with co-workers to maintainwarehouse procedures.
Must Have:
Computer proficiency, especiallyin Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strongcommunication skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
