Warehouse and Production Workers Position Available In Steuben, New York

Warehouse and Production Workers Pleasant Valley Wine Company 8260 Pleasant Valley Road, Hammondsport, NY 14840 The Pleasant Valley Wine Company, the oldest winery in the Finger Lakes, is seeking Warehouse and Production Workers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist operators with equipment setup, pumping grapes and juice, press additions, and sanitation. Assist with completion of checklists, safety checks, juice processes, wash down and clean up, and equipment maintenance. Stack and unstack pallets, up to 4 high, of wine and dry goods safely. Loading and unloading of trucks. Operate presses. Operate forklift safely. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. Strong work ethics and organizational skills. Reading, writing, and math skills as well as some experience with computers. Ability to pull, push, and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Light mechanical ability. Able to work on concrete floors for extended periods of time. Reliable mode of transportation.
