Yard Worker Liberty Agway Home & Garden 11 Bon Jovi Lane, Liberty, NY 12754 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, enjoy outdoor work and possess skills in various maintenance tasks. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-kept. The Yard Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include accurately filling customer orders, receiving merchanside and contributing to the overall upkeep of the yard and landscape. This is a physically demanding job, which requires heavy lifting throughout the day. Responsibilities Receive freight deliveries Accurately fulfill customer orders Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse Stock and manage inventory Utilize hand tools safely and effectively for various yard work tasks. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use. Execute snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Experience Previous retail experience preferred but not required. Must have good customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is essential. !
