Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of materials to production departments, ensuring smooth workflow across jobs and adherence to inventory control processes. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and stage materials for current and upcoming production jobs based on work orders. Accurately update material transactions and counts in the ERP system. Organize and maintain material storage areas for efficiency and safety. Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking to support inventory accuracy. Collaborate with department leads and the scheduling team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any material shortages or issues. Drive company vehicles to transport materials between local company facilities as needed (valid driver’s license required) Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
