A team member who can be relied upon, works well with others, and engages with respect and professionalism to continue our exceptional tradition of serving the public and our non-profit partners through teamwork and cooperation. What you’ll be doing: Greet and thank Donors for their product donation Determine acceptable donated items, and tactfully reject unusable items Unload, sort, and distribute goods for processing based on department Bale and stack unusable items in preparation for removal What you’ll need to win: Embrace CommunityAid’s vision, mission, and core behaviors Be an advocate for a safe working environment Participate in daily meetings to determine store needs and adjust as necessary Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment Sort and moved product efficiently throughout the facility Work closely with departments to adjust backroom processing to meet sales floor needs

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to pass post-offer, pre-employment physical, lift test and drug test Minimum of six months experience working in a warehouse/donations position Forklift license and DOT certification preferred Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods About CommunityAid CommunityAid is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, our mission is using Christ-like behaviors, we help our neighbors by providing quality, meaningful jobs and supporting local nonprofits, for the glory of God.
