General Laborer (commercial site) 10X Workforce, LLC Springfield, PA 19064 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. Requirements Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
