Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

South Dock Street, Sharon, PA 16146 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a self motivated environment. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities Pick orders to be picked up / shipped to customers. Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery. Make deliveries to various customers – Valid Drivers License Required. Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse. Utilize the ERP System to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move products as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience with warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and materials handling techniques. Experience using an ERP system is an advantage. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team setting.
