Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and transporting products to appropriate locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if applicable) Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Assist with loading and unloading shipments Coordinate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally in environments including production and warehouse Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work outside of normal hours, including evenings and weekends Solution-oriented Above-average oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including G-Suite. Data entry experience preferred

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs) ability to climb stairs while carrying heavy objects (up to 50lbs) Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours a day Able to work in hot and cold environments.
