Warehouse Associate Spektar USA LLC Tower City, PA 17980 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling materials, fulfilling orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities Perform materials handling tasks including loading and unloading products from trucks and containers. Execute order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory management through regular counts and updates in the system. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including cranes and forklifts, adhering to OSHA regulations. Ensure proper organization of products within the warehouse for easy access and retrieval. Assist in inventory control by reporting discrepancies or issues with stock levels. Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Skills Materials handling techniques and practices. Experience with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse setting. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading tasks. Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations. Experience operating pallet jack, forklift, and similar equipment is advantageous. Attention to detail for accurate inventory control and package handling.
