The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate various machinery and equipment as required for production processes. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all operational procedures and guidelines to ensure quality standards are met. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively.
