MAU is hiring a Tool Crib Attendant for our client, a leading global provider of energy technology solutions in Greenville, SC. As a Tool Crib Attendant, you will be responsible for inspecting, issuing, retrieving, and tracking materials and equipment for the production floor. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient tool and equipment inventory while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Monday – Friday schedule
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of experience in tools/parts distribution, tool repair, or shipping/receiving
Experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment preferred
General Requirements
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of hand tools and industrial equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an organized work area
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of hydraulics, high-pressure pumps, and industrial machine maintenance
Experience using Maximo or an equivalent CMMS system
Associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or mechatronics
Familiarity with 5S and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies
Essential Functions
Organize and maintain tool and equipment storage areas
Inspect and issue tools, equipment, and spare parts
Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure work areas meet safety standards
Track and manage inventory using materials management software
Assist in identifying parts needed for repairs and maintenance
Maintain reports, records, and documentation for department activities
Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate with various levels of management
Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and foster a safety-first culture
Work Environment or Working Conditions
Responsibilities may be performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting
Exposure to industrial machinery and equipment
Physical Demands
This position may require:
Lifting and moving materials as needed
Standing or walking for extended periods
Working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Travel
