We currently serve thousands of customers from our 9 locations in NC, SC, and GA. This role will be performed at our Fayetteville, NC logistics hub. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring the efficient movement of office equipment and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a box truck, performing heavy lifting, and managing various tasks within the warehouse environment. Duties Operate a box truck for deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods. Perform heavy lifting and moving of products within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols. Operating stair climbing equipment to move heavy office equipment to upstairs locations when necessary. Assist in loading and unloading shipments using pallet jacks and other equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels, ensuring all documentation is complete. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and inventory management. Follow all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties. Requirements Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is preferred. Ability to move and lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) regularly using physical strength and available tools. Experience operating a pallet jack and stair climbing equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
