We are currently looking to add an experienced Groundsman to our team, someone who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our mission.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Groundsman to support our tree removal crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with groundsman duties, including chainsaw operation, debris removal, and maintaining a safe and efficient worksite. The successful applicant must be dependable, able to work well with others, and willing to show up on time every day, ready to contribute to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the safe and efficient removal, pruning, and trimming of trees. Operate chainsaws and other tools to cut and manage tree debris. Remove and clear debris from the worksite, ensuring it remains clean and organized. Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials. Set up safety barriers, cones, and signage around work zones to ensure safety. Follow safety protocols and instructions from the tree removal crew. Maintain and clean all equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Assist with the transport and disposal of tree debris and waste. Provide general support to the crew, including lifting and carrying heavy materials when needed. Communicate effectively with team members and follow all instructions. Show up to work on time and consistently contribute to the team’s success.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Previous groundsman experience in tree removal or related industries is required. Experience operating chainsaws and other tree care equipment. Must be able to pass a drug screening . Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects. Reliable, dedicated, and punctual — we need workers who show up on time and are committed to the job. Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team. Knowledge of safety practices in tree removal and maintenance. Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
