• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of inventory and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management, inventory control, and materials handling.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products around the warehouse
• Perform inventory control and management tasks, including conducting cycle counts and audits
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage and track inventory
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Conduct picking and packing tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs
• Perform other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the warehouse

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control principles
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and move heavy objects. Must be able to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work at heights and in hot or cold temperatures
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with OSHA regulations and guidelines preferred
• Experience with picking and packing tasks preferred
• Experience with materials handling and load/unload tasks preferred
