Job Description
Our client, a major chemical manufacturer, is looking for a few experienced Material Handler to join their team in Spartanburg, SC This long-term contract role offers a pay rate of $20/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating every 2 weeks
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals with experience in warehouse and packaging line operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, transporting, storing, and shipping raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities Include:

Material Handling:

Identify, label, and stock inventory accurately; record inventory locations.

Order Fulfillment:

Pull, verify, and deliver materials as per production orders.

Packaging Line Operations:

Operate liquid filling packaging lines for drums and bulk totes.

Inventory Maintenance:

Maintain and update in-process inventory and ensure proper material disposition documentation.

Shipping Preparation:

Pack, crate, load, and secure products for shipment; document all shipments accurately.

Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct pre-use inspections and perform basic operator repairs on material-handling equipment.

Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Contribute to team success by meeting deadlines and ensuring process efficiency.

Special Notes:

Applicants must be able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
