JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Material Handler 2, where you will be pivotal in coordinating and managing the seamless flow of materials to support efficient production and robust supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with production planners, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to expedite work and materials between departments, monitor and adjust production schedules, and ensure inventory levels meet dynamic demands. Your responsibilities include tracking production status, communicating updates and potential delays to key stakeholders, and implementing process improvements to minimize bottlenecks and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, proven experience in planning or scheduling within a manufacturing or production setting, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems, lean manufacturing principles, and material handling equipment is a plus, as is a commitment to continuous improvement and a culture of inclusion. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation:
