PLUS ALL TIPS

•This is a temporary position until Labor Day•Duties Assist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely. Maintain cleanliness of the dock area, including removal of debris and trash. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with their needs. Help with rigging boats as needed, ensuring all equipment is secure and operational. Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly. Skills Ability to rig boats effectively, ensuring safety and functionality. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.
