Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Fusion Floor Level 1 Operator to join our team. This position is based in the Fusion Floor area and plays a critical role in board preparation, repair, and feeding of board coating machines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general board repairs, stacking, and board cutting using a skill saw Feed boards into coating machines and assist machine operators Ensure all customer quality and satisfaction requirements are met Identify and aid in correcting quality issues Immediately report any quality or safety concerns to the Supervisor Maintain a steady and consistent material flow through the process Adjust machinery as needed for efficient production Stop production or equipment when quality or safety issues arise Track board counts and maintain separation of different board profiles Work independently with minimal supervision Follow safety procedures and uphold 5S standards Accurately read and interpret customer prints, BOMs, and PWOs Work flexible hours, including required overtime and weekends Be open to cross-training and working in multiple areas
Requirements:
Must be dependable with regular, reliable, and punctual attendance Able to lift 10-50 lbs. routinely and stand for 8-12 hours per shift Capable of bending, twisting, and working in hot environments Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work effectively across different departments and team levels Strong problem-solving and time management skills Must have high integrity and a willingness to take initiative

$17.25 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
