is hiring Warehouse Check in Specialist for our Milton, Vermont location. The check in clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to checking and identifying inbound and returned units, verifying quality, and ensuring there is no damage. Check in clerks work closely with the drivers and technicians to ensure smooth processes.

Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm
Pay:
$25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary receiver and verifier of all inbound product deliveries. Match incoming products against invoices and documentation to verify accuracy in quantity, pack size, condition, and item identification. Use RF scanners and enter data into our system to track serial numbers and inventory movements in real time. Proactively identify and document discrepancies and damaged goods to maintain up-to-date inventory records. Physically move large appliances and heavy products (up to 50 lbs.) using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Lead the coordination of check-in logistics, ensuring all units are accounted for, labeled, and properly slotted in the warehouse. Complete daily receiving reports, reconcile returned items, and update inventory systems accordingly. Audit Proof of Deliveries (PODs) for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary fields are marked and documented. Communicate rescheduled orders clearly—document new delivery dates and tag affected items properly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Strong physical ability and comfort working with large appliances. Tech-savvy with solid computer skills—especially data entry, inventory systems, and RF scanning. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to take initiative and own the check-in process as a mission-critical function—not just “another warehouse job.” Analytical thinker with the ability to spot inconsistencies and correct them swiftly.
