1st Shift (Full-Time): Warehouse Associate & Team Lead 2nd Shift (Full-Time & Part-Time): Picker/Packer About the Role Support our Milton, VT clients by handling core distribution tasks or stepping into a leadership role—whichever fits your skill set. Paid onboarding, safety gear, and clear advancement paths are provided.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Core Operations:

Pick, pack, label, stage, load/unload, perform cycle counts, and operate pallet jacks or forklifts. You’re accurate, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for your entire shift. Team Lead Duties (1st Shift): Assign daily tasks, coach teammates, monitor productivity, and enforce safety standards. You bring prior leadership or supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

General Requirements:

Reliable attendance, basic computer/scanner literacy, and a team-oriented mindset. Forklift certification is a plus—or we’ll train you. Why Coryer Staffing?
