Overview:
We are seeking General Labor Spotters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in construction settings and possess knowledge of guiding heavy equipment operators.
Responsibilities:
Use hand signals or verbal communication to direct the operator’s movements, especially when backing up or maneuvering in tight spaces Maintain clear communication with the operator Be fully aware of surroundings and the movements of the equipment If you are dedicated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
