This role is essential in supporting various tasks across multiple projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople with their daily tasks, providing support in various projects. Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and maintaining tools. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed under supervision. Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment as required. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflow and efficiency. Skills Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety practices. Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently. Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
