Tallo's Job Summary: Laborers are responsible for following directions, providing great customer service, packing, loading, delivering, disassembling, reassembling furniture and appliances, and loading/unloading items. They must efficiently pack fragile goods, unwrap and arrange items according to customer preferences, and ensure items are not damaged during transport. Laborers may also perform various physical duties, maintain safety standards, and use heavy/light equipment as needed. When riding with a driver, Laborers receive $0.20 per mile in addition to wages.

Job Description
- Ability to follow directions

- Disassemble and reassemble furniture and appliances
- Load and unload large items to and from box trucks
- Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, taking care to protect fragile goods
- Unpack items and arrange new spaces for use according to customer specifications
- Wrap furniture in protective material
- Load, pack and unload items with care
- Ensure that no items are damaged while moving
- Performs various physical duties as assigned
- Maintain all safety standards
- Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials
- Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training
- Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
- Moves items from place to place
