    Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts
    This is a full time, hourly position
Job Requirements:

Must be able to work up to 12 hour shifts at day or night, including weekends, holidays and overtime (as needed)
Team player with appropriate interpersonal skills
Maintain attendance record in accordance with company policy
Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights (can’t be afraid of heights), bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders and work in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, etc.)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to operate a Skid Steer, Manlift and Forklift
Must currently have a valid Driver’s License and must maintain a valid Driver’s License, while employed by ADM
High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture
Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
Under limited supervision, collects, visually analyzes and documents foreign material findings on various sizes and types of peanuts in a safe, effective and efficient manner
Maintain, monitor, clean and adjust equipment as required
Maintains work area in clean condition, addressing sanitation and safety
Maintain paperwork in assigned area in regards to safety, sanitation, maintenance and processing equipment operation
Communicate with team/shift employees concerning proper operation of equipment, changes in flow rates or processing capabilities, safety concerns, product quality issues and maintenance issues
Conducts job tasks with a positive, safe attitude and maintains a safe work record
Maintains production rates
Ability to understand and perform assigned job tasks easily and independently, while flexible enough to work in team settings
Performs quality checks and records as required, reporting issues as needed
Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor or Lead Person
General housekeeping duties

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
