Summary This position is responsible for performing technical duties associated with the application of cavity wax/black wax on the under carriage of vehicles. Responsibilities Primary Apply under carriage undercoat application using a spray gun based on established SWIS (Standard Work Instruction Sheet) Understand and follow underbody coat spraying procedures and policies Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are adhered to Understand and follow company policies and procedures Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Meet production goals. Secondary Assist peers when needed in order to complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner Adapt to ever changing spray processes and patterns Seek assistance with repairs to equipment in a timely manner Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow team members Skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and coworkers Education & Experience High School Diploma/G.E.D Must hold a valid state-issued driver’s license without restrictions Physical Requirements Drive Reach above your shoulders Walk Lift up to 50lbs Carry up to 50lbs Push/pull Bend/stoop Climb Balance Kneel Squat/crouch Stand Working and Environmental Conditions This position works in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting.
