Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with fiber buries, construction, maintenance, and other projects. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices on construction sites is beneficial
