I nspect units for damage, wear and tear, and any necessary repairs Complete necessary repairs and ensure units are cleaned property Complete maintenance items as needed Assit turn team with all other tasks assigned

Must be able to physically carry out duties as assigned Must be able to effectively communicate with the supervisor and co workers Ability to understand directives both orally and in writing Energy and motivation to be part of an exciting team event Must be able to work assigned hours/varied work schedule Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands of the job described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
