Yard Laborer Position Summary Yard Laborers support the operations by handling materials, assisting customers, and maintaining yard organization and safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload customer vehicles and company trucks.
- Move and organize bulk materials (gravel, mulch, soil).
- Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup.
- Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Operate small equipment under supervision. Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
- Experience with material handling preferred.
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs. Working Conditions

- Physical work including lifting, shoveling, and bending.
