Outdoor Florida weather (HOT!). Weekends will be a part of the person’s schedule 100%. We only close 3 days a year (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day), so if the prospect is scheduled to work, we abide by the schedule. Driver’s license and own transportation are a MUST. No drugs. We do background checks. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks, including loading and unloading trucks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
