to join our Green Cove Springs, FL plant. Role:
Responsibilities:
Operate various types of mobile equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and haul trucks to transport materials within the plant. Load and unload raw materials (e.g., sand, gravel, cement) and finished concrete products. Ensure equipment is operated safely, following all safety guidelines and plant protocols. Perform routine pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards. Assist in other plant operations as needed, including production and general labor tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate material movement and resolve operational issues. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
About You We Require:
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, loaders, etc.). Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred. Knowledge of safety practices related to operating heavy machinery. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment. Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
