un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ 400 sq ft Studio Cabin – light demolition work and removal (Old Town) ‹ image 1 of 6 › 4114 NE Co Rd 349 near NE 349 hwy & 349th Ave compensation: $400 Max paid on Completion (Cash or Cashapp) I have a job for some light demolition work and removal of following: Kitchen sink & counter top + small hanging cabinet Small water heater (working) Bathroom shower stall & toilet Fold-out steel bed frame (bolted to wooden floor) Remove ceiling paneling – a few pieces of scrap foam and thin laminated plywood, including from bathroom ceiling Dixie County Recycling Center & Landfill is 3.5 miles away (I’m a resident with current sticker, so no fees & 20 yard roll-off + compactor are both freely available). All items from the demo need to be hauled off site (will fit in a small trailer). I need this done by the end of the week. Thank you.
