Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, building, and moving materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Participate in training sessions to develop skills relevant to the role. Requirements Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
