HVAC Project Laborer assist Site Foreman and Service Technicians with the installation and service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various commercial projects. Working under the supervision of a Journey-Level HVAC Technician or Site Foreman, Laborers help install new HVAC systems, maintain existing systems, and perform services on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, which may also include refrigeration systems. Laborers assist with assembling ductwork, moving and lifting equipment, and stocking company vehicles. They may also work from ladders and operate power tools. This role is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Help with assembling ductwork, fittings, and moving HVAC equipment.
- Stock and maintain company vehicles with necessary tools and parts.
- Operate power tools and perform work from ladders under supervision.
- Support general site preparation and assist in HVAC system testing.

Requirements - 0-1 yr of Experience
- Enrollment in an HVAC or related technical program preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/R systems preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
- Ability to obtain OSHA 10 within 90 days.
