Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure personal safety and the safety of others. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks on time. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
