Warehouse handlers perform job duties in a warehouse setting andare expected to accomplish physically demanding work. •Please notethis is not a travel position, and you should live local to thesite• Responsibilities include: Warehouse handlers unload trailersdelivering products to our distribution warehouses and use poweredindustrial equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, anddock stockers to remove products from trailers Pallets may alsoneed to be broken down and cases restacked onto new pallets Work isperformed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding.
Perform duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-pacedenvironment. Ensure that operations are aligned and performed toachieve production and safety goals Perform all job tasks assignedby the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivityand quality goals All other duties as assigned We take pride indoing things right, and that includes the way we treat ouremployees.

Production Pay or $13 an hour base rate,whichever is greater The highest-performing unloaders average over$21/hour and our departmental average is over $18/hour Equipmenttraining Full-time, permanent positions with lots of associatedevelopment and internal promotion opportunities Various shifttimes available in a variety of warehouse temperatures/environments

Qualifications Required:
Education:
We believe thatskills and experience are what truly matter. While education can bea valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success inthis role.
Experience:
Prior experience as a warehouse associate ispreferred Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g.,order selector/picking product storage, product staging, poweredpallet jack/forklifts, etc.) Working with racking systems andloading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/offvertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage bystacking products vertically, etc.)
Skills/Knowledge:
Goodverbal/written communication skills Willingness to work therequired schedule Ability to speak and write English for effectivecommunication Basic math skills Attention to detail and ability tofollow directions Interact respectfully and courteously withassociates, co-workers, management, and customers Ability to workin a team environment Ability to speak, read, and write English foreffective communication
Work Environment:
This position isdesignated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability towork in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner isrequired Warehouse environment with extreme heat and coldtemperatures
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist,reach, push and squat most of the workday Handle cases weighingfrom 25 to 95 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200pallets on any given day The ability to hear, understand, anddistinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms oralarms) in moderate to loud work environments
