Entry-Level Laborer:

Physical Tasks:

Lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Assisting skilled workers and heavy equipment operators: Helping team with their tasks, such as holding materials or preparing tools.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keeping work areas clean and free of debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Following Instructions:

Adhering to you from your supervisor.

Loading/Unloading:

Loading and unloading materials.

On-the-Job Training:

Learning new skills and tasks as needed, often with the guidance of the

Supervisor Physical Fitness:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, standing, using power tools and assistance moving heavy objects

Required Skills and Qualifications:
